Covid-19 Alert
All medical personnel with a patient-facing role are Covid-19 vaccinated. Due to HIPAA, the Phlebotomist can not personally show you their vaccination card, however, Covid-19 vaccination is a requirment during our hiring process. Phlebotomists are equipped with PPE, and at minimum, are required to wear a mask at all times when conducting services for our patients. Patient’s can request for an N95 mask to be worn at their discretion.
